The carrier in charge of your order

The carrier in charge of your order is La Poste for all deliveries in mainland France. Likewise, the national postal service takes care of your package for delivery in Europe or internationally.

Delivery by letter or tracked parcel does not require your presence at your home. Delivery is made directly to your mailbox, without signature upon receipt. Just be sure to keep your mailbox empty so the postman can drop off the package. If your mailbox is full, the postman will leave a notice telling you to pick up the package from a La Poste agency within a specified time before it is returned to the sender.

CLOOK is therefore not responsible for the delivery time of your package nor for any disruptions to mail delivery that could lead to distribution delays.

Late delivery: what to do?

The delivery time is well past and you still have no sign of your package CLOOK? Please have your tracking number sent by email when your order is shipped and enter it in the field provided for this purpose on the parcel tracking page by La Poste.
